Here at InstaMLS, we have a quick turnaround on all listings. We don’t charge extra for same-day activation. If you need your listing on MLS today, we will get it up shortly after we receive all pertinent information. We always look to put our sellers in the best possible position to succeed, which is why we provide a service that feels personalized.
If necessary, upon request, we will provide a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) so you can price your home properly. Not all CMA’s are the same. Our approach combines comparative past sales, market trends, conditions and most importantly real estate psychology (how buyers think).
Remember, nine times out of ten, the market will determine the value of your home. Pricing your home at the current market value will generate more interest and will often get you a higher sales price than you might have originally anticipated.
