Our price reflects the high-quality customer service and personalization that we provide 7 days a week. We will make recommendations if we feel there’s room to enhance the perception and marketability of your property. Providing sellers with exceptional customer service has always been our top priority. If you are the type of seller looking for a cheaper way to get your home onto MLS you might be able to find a service that will fit your needs, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. Our service is for seller’s who want to get the biggest bang for their buck. Nobody, including your neighbors, will know you listed your home for a flat fee unless you tell them. All properties are listed under the Hillman Real Estate brand.
We do many things that others don’t. Rather than run down a long list we will point out a few things that we believe differentiate our service.
- We are not a referral network. We don’t take your money then send out your listing to an agent local agent. You will deal with us directly.
- We do not limit the number of fields /features you can put on your listing. Services do this because they don’t want to spend a long time creating your listing. Unfortunately, this isn’t something you would know unless we pointed it out, but its often true. Our listings are choke-full of details just like a full-service listing. Prior to activating your listing, we will often look through your photos and add any details we believe you have missed. listing so it looks the best it can. We want to put our sellers in the best possible position to succeed so taking the time to polish up your listing only helps. We are confident nobody else is doing this.
- We make it easy for your buyers, not working with an agent, with an easy way to create an offer by using our Offer Wizard. You can test it out by going to the *Real Estate Offer Tool. This tool helps many deals come together without the involvement of an agent which means more proceeds for you.
- Our selling platform is designed to simplify and streamline the selling process so our sellers are guaranteed a headache-free selling experience. With our service, you won’t need to remember a username or password to sign up or make listing changes.
- We make sure our sellers know how to handle situations so they look like they have done this before. We give you useful feedback and information because time is of the essence when your offer is up against a deadline.
- Transparent communication: If a prospective buyer calls us we will provide your information to them. If they leave us a voicemail, we will forward you a copy of the voicemail in .mp3 format so you can listen and respond. If someone emails about your property, we will the message to you immediately. We recommend our sellers check their email often since inquiries are sent out shortly after we receive them.
- If you need more reasons we can give you a current or past seller as a reference. We have done thousands of listings since 2006 and have never had an unhappy customer. Even seller’s who weren’t able to get their home sold still recommend us because our service is never the reason why the property didn’t sell.
