I changed the commission amount how will agents know I increased the fee?

Unfortunately, they won’t. MLS doesn’t flash ‘commission has been increased for subject property’ like they do when a property changes its Asking Price. But there’s a way around this. We are allowed to send private messages to any agent who has a prospective buyer(s) who are looking at similar homes in the area. If you are interested in this add-on you will need to send us the message that you want sent.
