We make it easy to list on MLS as a for sale by owner. The process is simple.
Step 1: Head over to our flat fee listing agreement wizard to create and sign your state-specific listing agreement online. We follow the Federal E-Sign Act guidelines and use secure bank-level encryption for all digital files and online transactions.
Step 2: Fill out the MLS property information form. You can fill it online or you can go do it offline by printing the forms and filling them out by hand. Once done you can send it over to us via fax or scan/email.
Step 3: Send us your photos to photos@instamls.com. For more information about photos on MLS go here. Photo file names should correspond with the order you want your photos displayed. (1.jpg, 2.jpg, 3.jpg.)
