This add-on service is used if you want to let Agents know that you are increasing the original offered sales commission amount. If your property has been on the market for a couple of weeks there’s a good chance that Buyer Agents have noticed the original commission amount being offered at the time of activation. Unlike price changes, when we edit the commission amount, MLS does not send out a notification to Agents. In order to notify them, we will compose a message through the system and send it to Agents who are working with prospective buyers who have seen your home online. You should really only increase the commission amount if you are below the average commission offering for your town.
