When we receive your listing information, we take the information that you provide and make it better and more marketable.  Once we put your home on MLS, your home will be introduced to all buyer agents who have serious buyers.  Once activated, your property will also be displayed on all real estate partner sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, etc… The partner list is extensive.

Our streamlined process makes it easy for interested parties to contact you. While it’s against the rules and regulations to put seller contact information on public listings, we put your contact information under special showing instructions so buyer agents can contact you directly to schedule a showing.  If a prospective buyer calls us direct, we will provide your information so they can give you a ring.  If they send us an email, we will forward you the email.  If they leave us a voicemail, we will send you a copy of the voice message in .mp3 format so you can listen. Our internal lead generation tools have been refined to not only maximize exposure but to ensure you get the leads with speed.
