The concept is simple. Our service cancels out the listing side of the commission. You pay us an upfront flat fee to list, market, and maintain the listing on MLS and partner sites for the duration of the listing. This means instead of paying 5% you only offer a commission to the buyer’s agent. This amount can be any amount you want. On average this amount is approximately 2.5% of the total purchase price (net). If the buyer does not have an agent you will not pay a commission to anyone.
