We have a special listing agreement that is required by the Cape & Islands MLS. We will send this to you the agreement via email. You will need to review, sign and send it back to us to get the process started. The Cape & Islands MLS is old school so nothing is instant. It can take a couple of days to get the listing activated. They do not work or activate listings on weekends so it is best to get things started early in the week. Once you pay us, we get a listing package put together and then we pay them a non-refundable administrative fee to get the listing process started.
