How It Works

The process is rather simple once you break it down.

1) First you go to your states page on our site. We provide services to four states.

Massachusetts

Rhode Island

New Hampshire

Connecticut

2) Print off the Listing Agreement Package for the state where the property is located.

3) Then go to our Property Date Form page located here and print the proper form from your states MLS.

4) Fax the Listing Agreement Package and the Property Data Form to us.

5) Send your images to photos@instamls.com

Once you have completed these steps we will get your listing created and activated. Shortly after you will receive a welcome email from us that will include everything you need to know about handling the process like a professional.  We never leave you in the dust.
