Seller Authorizes Hillman Real Estate (HRE) to change the compensation amount for all cooperating buyer agents with regards to MLS # . The new amount shall be based on the net sales price for .
Since the Buyer Agent is not associated with HRE they are to be referred to as an “intended third-party beneficiary” of this Addendum.
The Seller acknowledges that offering compensation to the Buyer’s Agent is not required, but can be beneficial when marketing real estate. The Seller has also been informed that since compensation rates are not standardized under state law, compensation amounts are negotiable between the buyer, their agent and the seller.
In some instances, Buyer Agents may have their own compensation agreements with their Buyer clients. If the Buyer Agent and Buyer requests that additional compensation be included in the deal, the Seller may, but is not obligated to, agree to such a request. The Seller shall not be required to pay any additional compensation to the Buyer Agent unless it is agreed to in writing. This should be spelled out in the Purchase & Sales Agreement.
This addendum shall be attached to the original instaMLS.com Listing Agreement. This request will be processed once the administrative fee of $50 is paid via credit card. This amount is not refundable. The fee acts as a binder between this addendum and the original listing agreement.
