What makes our flat fee listing service different?
Almost real time changes. This means, you send in a request to make a change to your MLS listing via our client center and we get it done as soon as we get your request. The change is made between 30 seconds and 8 hours, but usually right away. When it takes longer to make the change it's usually because something isn't working right (MLS could be down). This rarely happens but we think you should know that sometimes it can take a bit longer than usual. We like to be upfront about everything.

Agent and Seller Relationships
Traditionally, real estate agents want to create a relationship with you, the seller, granting them the exclusive right to market your property. In other words, listing agents are asking you to give up your right to market your home "by owner" so they can do it and be paid for their services when they close the deal.
