What makes our flat fee listing service different?

Almost real time changes.  This means, you send in a request via our client center for us to change something on your MLS listing. We get it done as soon as we get it. The change is made between 30 seconds and 24 hours but usually right away. When it takes longer to make the change it's usually because isn't working right. This rarely happens but we think you should know that sometimes it can take a bit longer than usual. 

We are experienced and personable. We will tell you like it is without the BS sales pitch. We will tell you exactly how to market your home. We do not refer out listings. Licensed competitors may not necessarily be members of your local MLS and may refer you out to an unnamed brokerage. Agent and Seller Relationships

Traditionally, real estate agents want to create a relationship with you, the seller, granting them the exclusive right to market your property. In other words, listing agents are asking you to give up your right to market your home "by owner" so they can do it and be paid for their services when they close the deal.
