About Double Exposure Packages

In states like New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Connecticut they have Board controlled MLS services.  This means they out source their MLS systems to companies who run MLS platforms.  These platforms are not robust and they just are not very good service providers. Now, in Massachusetts, there is a private company called MLSPIN. They are not controlled by the Board but they work closely with them in all aspects of professsional conduct. MLSPIN is one of the most robust MLS systems in the country and they have formed massive amounts of partnerships with all the known real estatate related websites that are searched by millions of consumers each day. 

Our Double Exposure package puts you on your primary local MLS and MLSPIN. So your listing goes on the MLS service that it needs to be on (primary local) and an MLS service like MLSPIN that will push your MLS listing to various sites all over the Web.
