This is a new blog where I will discuss my experiences in real estate and technology. I have been around real estate my entire life and come from a large real estate family who played a role in shaping the industry. I have been going against the industry ever since I was licensed. Never traditional is an understatement. I am blunt, sometimes confrontational and always willing to entertain. Most importantly, I always tell it like it is!

I love social media and I am working on a killer platform that I believe will be huge. Its the simplest concept that I honestly believe will change the real estate industry. It has so much potential and unlike MLS platforms will allow people to innovate on top of it. (note: nothing to do with listings)
